Little bit about me...
I am a Berlin-based, remote-ready UX Designer & Concepter with 4 years of dedicated experience in the UX field and 5+ years in the world of Learning & Development.
My professional experience involves researching, synthesizing user and business needs, creating satisfying product experiences, and facilitating Design Thinking along with a wide range of Agile and brainstorming workshops. Empathy is one of my strongest personality traits, and, combined with my creativity and human-centered approach, it fuels my motivation to develop products in an iterative process, from the early discovery stages until the delivery of the final solution."
I am internally driven to help people to feel better and to overcome their challenges they might encounter in their daily lives. As a Designer, I solve problems users face by identifying their needs through listening and empathising in order to come up with various solutions in an iterative process.
As an INFJ and Empathiser, I recognise the strengths and potentials of others and help them finding a way to become a better version of themselves.
Living the Berliner life, I balance regular yoga sessions with strength training, immerse myself in my books and literature, try to keep my house plants alive and occassionally lose myself dancing to or playing both the cheesiest new-wave and darkest industrial tunes.
On a more personal level, I try to live a sustainable way of life and be mindful with my actions, knowing that our resources are limited and prevention is better than mitigation. I keep myself sane with regular yoga practice, running, meditation and lots of reading. I am into the darker side of dance music, my diet is plant-based, I am a huge fan of concrete and urban jungles.
